I’ve been working from home earning a nice income since 2003, and over the years I’ve built companies with a unilevel pay plan, a matrix, and a two team binary pay plan.
The Vemma Compensation Plan as shown in the above video is a simple two team, or “two leg” structure. This in itself is in my opinion the best compensation plan structure for not only the short term, but also the long term.
You see, most pay plans out there pretty much pay out the same amount. In other words, most of the good ones pay out around 50%, they’re just sliced up different ways, and sometimes hyped to make you believe it’s better than it really is.
Here’s the bottom line, it will ALWAYS be easier to build AND maintain two legs than it will EVER be to build and maintain three or more. You can’t debate that. And no matter who you are, in most cases you always have one blown out leg that is just cranking. Well, if that’s the case for most people, isn’t it easier to go out and just focus on building ONE other leg, rather than three or more? Yep

Let’s do a quick comparison…
In a standard uni-level or a matrix compensation plan, you need to build at least three legs, sometimes even more than that. Now, in order to get paid on the “deeper” levels, or in the case of most matrix plans, the deeper “matching”, you must achieve and maintain a certain “rank”.
In order for YOU to rank advance, you need someone in THREE separate legs to achieve a certain rank as well. In the real world you will have people quit, or move on to other ventures, and so you must continue to build and maintain ALL three legs to keep your rank to earn off the deeper levels, which is where most of the income is in those plans.
In a two team binary like Vemma, it’s just TWO legs, and you’re paid on the volume in those two legs, NOT levels. In other words, even if you just had a whole network of ALL customers, and NONE of them achieved any rank, you’d still earn based on the “volume” in your two legs. So again, the concept of getting paid on “volume” instead of levels, and it being TWO instead of three is a HUGE advantage short and long term.
